The shopping center was directly on the opposite of the street. That was perfect so we could do our shoppings, eat and going to the movie theater.We arrived in the city and could not find the accommodation, then we called them and they said they were full up and didn't have any rooms for us even though we had a confirmation email for our booking. We went there in person anyways and the man who owns the place was locking up, and it seemed as if no one was there and it wasn't even in business at all. We showed him our booking number and the charge and he just kept saying nei nei nei (no,no,no in Slovak), and then just got into his car and d. all reviews »
They don't speak English. There is no reception so you have to
call a number in order to check in. But that sign is also in Slovak
so I spent 10 minutes figuring out what should I do in front of a
closed door.
When we arrived nobody was there and it was dark. So we called the number. The person who came was very friendly, but didn't speak english. The room was ok, the bathroom and the toilets were not very clean.
They are unpresentable. They made me wait more than three hours because there was nobody. Do not put a sad sign to notify or any phone number.
