There was a problem with my booking and the deputy manager on the day was credit to the company and managed the problem with the utmost professionalism. The staff was welcoming and complaisant. The interiors are spacious and with a warm modern design. Very nice place, good location, one of the best hotels in Bratislava for sure. There were smoking rooms.
