We are currently staying at the Le Grove Apts which we are thoroughly enjoying. Its very convenient to Orchard Rd & they have a complementary bus that runs 7 days. Every thing you require is in the apt. Breakfast is great with staff very attentive. Pool area ok but they need more comfortable sun lounges. No breakfast on the weekends! But this wasn't an issue for us nice to eat out for a change or we brought pastries to have . Easy check in even though we arrived at 2am. Front desk sta.

We had a wonderful stay...it was like being home and yet having all the amenities of a hotel stay...the staff were friendly and helpful...it's great when you are on vacation with your family, because you have the privacy you need yet all the space necessary...a great deal... Will definitely make this our home every time we visit Singapore. Clean spacious 2 bedroom appartment, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge area, washing machine, good swimming pool and shuttle bus. Simple breakfast - fruit, cereal, toast, rolls, pastries, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee machine. Very enjoyable, comfortable stay. Nice area, 10 minute walk to CBD. SG$55 for mini van to airport. We had 3 adults and two children so we needed space. Le Grove was really spacious. It has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, a large living room and kitchen. We will definitely stay at Le Grove again the next time we visit Singapore. Staff were always really friendly. Housekeeping was everyday except Sunday and really good and friendly. Breakfast was Mon-Fri and very good with a self serve espresso machine. Pool, gym, sauna, spa, tennis court. Stayed with 7 and 8 year old. Enjoyed the pool area and extra space in the 2 bedroom apartment. Great shuttle bus service but the walk is not that long to MRT - about 10 to 15 min. Good location and value. as we enter the staff is very friendly gotten two room cards without asking it was for a friend's birthday yet they never question anything love the swimming pool love the exterior and also the interior. The free shuttle service. The driver, Bobby was very helpful and accommodating. The staff were friendly and the wifi was every fast, good value for the fee charge. The shuttle service is on time - the driver is extremely polite and kind in meeting guest's needs. Very caring when I saw him helping a handicapped guest. That breakfast wasn't provided on Public Holiday or weekend. A bit far to Orchard. Would've been good to have breakfast on weekends and bathroom condiments replaced when empty. The dryer in our room did not work. Eventually we were allowed to use the dryer of the unit next door but with only 1 hour till we had to leave for our flight we struggled to get our clothes dry. It took many conversations with reception and maintenance to get them to acknowledge the machine was not working rather than our operator error. The location is abit off but very very close to the town area though wish we could check out late no free wifi no cable tv. We could not find any food shops right near the building, need to walk 10 minutes one way. There is no condition in the gym - so pretty difficult to train there. When we booked the BBQ for a family get together, no one informed us that we had to buy charcoal as being from Australia, we use electric BBQ 's in public areas. It took us an extra hour outside looking to buy charcoal so we weren't impressed at all as everyone was starving by then! Even the form we signed had no mention that we had to supply our own charcoal so we left an extra bag for the next unsuspecting guests. Nothing in Particular. Nothing - all good. not that I can think of. It was a good 20min distance away from any restaurants or retail outlets. Which is hard when you have young kids that cant walk. 1. Location is bit secluded. Some taxi drivers that we used, if not all find its difficult to locate.However, taxi drivers would be more aware of Shangri La Hotel nearby. 2. The management should provide more varieties for breakfast. It was all the same from day one until we check out 4 days later. Absence of room service is an issue, some serviced apartments like Fraser have a pantry from which one can order food. not having a breakfast at the weekend. - Building and style of the hotel is a bit old. - Location is central but you need to take a cab. Just a suggestion. Maybe the shuttle could take clients directly to some attraction sights instead of the usual terminals/stops. The breakfast offered was very basic - needs lots of improvement. There is no reception / house keeping services in the night time. Location was further out than I expected. Breakfast finish at 9.30 is restrictive. No week end breakfast, people eat on the week end too!!!! Internet while it is cheap to purchase should be included in the tarrif. The location was a little far than I expected. Some glasses were dirty, no breakfast on weekends. breakfast room a bit crowded at times with sometimes tables not cleared away. Breakfast could improve a bit. No attendance to call after 8 PM till early morning. Quite a walk to Orchard and it is a bit difficult to get taxi at certain times. Could be better if there is a mini-grocery. No reception staff in the evening until morning Free Wifi didn't work most of our stay. I celebrated my fiancées birthday there and we forgot our vacuum cos we had a mini piñata party and took th initiative to clean up th place after. None of their staff actually called me up to remind me to take my vacuum back up till today. there should be facilities for grocer's the premises, and a restaurant. no food? only am free wifi. no breakfast....and dificult to alternatif restaurant for breakfast. no air port pick&drop. We stayed for 3 nights. We realized on the 2nd night that amenities (toilet rolls, bathsoap, handsoap, shampoo) weren't replenished. I thought it was just a mistake but when I asked the front desk, they said, they were not supposed to be replenished. It would be great to be told beforehand so we can buy toilet paper rather than finding out when we need it and there is no convenient store close enough (the closest is 15-20minutes walk). No breakfast on the weekends. Breakfast wasn't great. A little far from mainstream Orchard Road. So we took a public bus from Stevens Road which is nearer to the hotel. Washing machine leaked but they replaced the door quickly. I booked a 7 days stay in 2 bookings. After the first booking expired, they disabled the room keys without telling me and I was locked out at night when I returned to apt. The location was pretty far. You need a taxi to get around but the shuttle was very helpful so it more than made up for that. No dishwasher.
