Room was clean and pleasent - excellent for the price. We initially hada room that had been occupied by a smoker - they changed this out for usimmediately to find a more acceptable room. All in all - a very goodexperience. Very good value for money and conveniently close to the airport. Goodfacilities and in an interesting area with very good seafoodrestuarants.excellent place to stay on last night of Singapore visit...very nice hotel, beautiful rooftop pool and shuttle to airport was perfect.

The swimming pool on the top deck of the hotel is great and the concierge/porter is very willing to look for a taxi including return arrangement and that was great because in the city there was a long cue for returns! I used the hair dryer to melt my butter on my waffle.When I arrived it appeared that your booking had not gone through so I had to wait a while before I could get my room and print off my reservation from the computer for them, however the hotel upgraded me for this so not so bad. It was further from the airport than I expected and nowhere near shopping or other facilities.There was no view from my room. airport shuttle only runs 1x each hour, could be more often. No Metro stop nearby, had to catch a bus to get to closest metro station. I would like to have had a piece of fuirt for breakfast.bath plug was broken, so maintenance not up to scratch, but generally good. they could not read my credit card although it worked well in other places (also in Singapore).all good. Rooms could have been a little cleaner, carpet felt/looked dirty. Room too cold, had to turn off AC.The pool was very small. I would like to open windwos. The way from elevator to room was very long. no complimentary mineral water in room. my room was not having a good view....Further from the airport than I expected. Shuttle service to airport is only once per hour. I missed by 5 mins and had to wait one hour. Also, many rooms smell like tobacco smoke. Even those that say no smoking. Please set up better monitoring system.the prices were a bit staep, but i think is a general in all the tourist places, including hotels. it was easy enough to eat out, and buy your own drinks. i strongly recommend finding a hawker centre to eat in, the locals fill them, its mega cheap around $3 a meal, and you get to try local food! shop around for everything is my advice!. Is is more than 15 minutes from the airport! and to the city takes another 30 minutes! Please be aware of this.Booking into the hotel on two occasions was poor, the internet booking had not reached the hotel therefore our booking was not showing up on their system... communication from the reception desk was poor and we were not impressed. No shuttle bus available from Terminal 3.
