The services, amnesties and overall experience efforts reflects the majesty of that the awe-ing structure. Good, trained staff, clean locations, relaxing atmosphere and unique amnesties. Would definitely recommend it. This hotel is so modern, clean, tidy and has a modernised furniture. The room was fair in size but quite clean. The price was also fair. I would recommend anybody to stay at Ritz-Carlton Riyadh.

Nothing that special or extraordinary. For a hotel with this caliber, sometimes you wish to be able to walk to the next door mall to pass some time. But given the security circumstances, that might be overlooked. I have been promised with a fountain view but unfortunately I couldn't get it. Surprisingly the mattress didn't live up to our expectations. We also had a minor problem with the AC. The wall control unit didn't work properly, but we found another way using the remote control unit. Very luxrious to the extent of royalty. You have to go around formal in the lobby or you would look like a beggar. Food is pricey if you are coming on a personal budget. Location is not that close to shopping or business center. You should expect a bit of travel but less traffic congestion. The room wasn't as luxry as the whole thing look like. Don't ever never try there heart shape cake. front desk need an immediate fix, slow upon check in and check out, just an ordinary fron desk not thr Ritz! Non of my earlier requests upon reservation at the room when arrived. The reception is very poor,they do not have the management skills with guests. 1. Although I mentioned through booking site that it's my honeymoon, but unfortunately they do nothing for me. However; they called me one day before and asked me to pay additional (500 SR ) in order to make my room for this special event. 2. I attended on time for check in, but it takes one hour to enter my room since it wasn't ready yet !!. The food is bad I don't feel comfortable The rule in the hotel is Strange. I didn't like there services at all. service. Overall I've chosen Ritz for the First night of my Honeymoon and that was a big mistake I made. Very poor hotel in the level of services as well very very poor staff level and I really mean it. Service is very poor and the facilities are not available, the price is very high copairing with other good hotails.
