This time, I stay there for Umrah along with my brother's family who came to visit us at Saudi from Dubai. Reception staff were very polite and friendly. I booked 2 double room ; but during mt check-in, they gave me the Royal suite with 2 rooms. It was very spacious with seperate dining room, kitchenete areas, 2 seperate bathrooms. Everything was very close by from this hotel.They provide excellent breakfast, which gave a good start for all the hajjis.Overall, I am very pleased with the hotel, .
all reviews » Location is just perfect. Very near to Abdul Aziz Gate of Haram. Breakfast was excellent, all of my family like it. Free Parking, no additional charge for it. While Car park nearby Haram is very expensive. Very reasonable value for 5 Star Hotel. All staff are very friendly. I'd to stay here again for next visit. Hotel is located only around 500 mtr from Haram and beside Abraj Al Bait (Clock) Tower. Parking with security/vallet is available with reservation. The triple room is quite big with three 120x200 beds. The free breakfast menus were good and variative. Reception Staff was very friendly & accommodating The Bus Service to the haram is excellent. The standard quadruple room was very nice and appropriate for family with children The breakfast was decent nothing exceptional. The food, the hospitality of Staff, the ambiance of rooms and reception, were all very splendid. Also the free wifi in the rooms made our communication with our office and families back home not only easy but most convenient. (+)location (+)staff is very warm and helpfull; my car was parked quite far from the hotel and they actually drope us into the park when we checked-out! (-)park space is limited; but this was compensated with their service to drop us to pick the car in other side of parking area. House keeping needs to improve to 5 star standards. No internet in rooms. wifi low signal, can not find it in room. I booked Quadruple room. Although the room was very spacious however the two beds were not comfortable. We were not allowed check in only too late: 6pm , very early check out 12 pm (ie we allowed to stay only 12 hours in our room). Aggressive old turkish customers pushing in the resturant. I have visited this hotel in 2011 and it was way more cleaner.. Especially the dishes and the restaurant tables.. Food was better in general. Booked for triple room but the room had only two beds and I didn't have chance to ask for th ethird bed, barking places are very limited however they took care of the car and parked it in a safe place. the room was a little bit congested. The room was an original double room made into a triple room. One of the bell boys had a very bad attitude and was not helpful. The parking was not the best but good for where you are. I requested my car about 2hrs before checkout but I still had to wait for it. Two things which we did not like were. 1. We had to wait for about an hour for Bellboy to checkout. 2. The breakfast on Friday was very less (compared to weekday) due to crowd. noise from nearby constructions. Matress were not good but u can ask them to change. No car parking laugage carriers were iinsufficient wi fi service was irregular. Nothing so significant. not enough people for service. Little bit walk from Haram and not allowing outside food (just written no one stopped us). Check in & Check out takes very long time. It took almost half an hour to check in and similarly almost 15-20 minutes to check out. The staff at reception was very slow. Upon complaining about delay, the staff at reception say that "it is like this".... The main restaurants was closed for unknown reason. The second main restaurant was dedicated to an Indonesian group of visitors. I did not like the behaviour of your reception staff special non Saudi person. While booking the room I had requested for a extension of time due to my flight timing, On arrival to hotel late night at 12 am I requested your staff the same he was saudi and he agreed. On the check out day in the morning I spoke to the non saudi person he refuse to accept my request. This way of dealing by your staff has really hurt me and my family. Windows dirty from outside Housekeeping staff are noisy they don't respect the times. Firstday they gave us small room , then next day we were told we will be moved to new big room. It needs renovation. Parking is always full. Parking space. Nothing. Their lift are faulty not working good. - Extremely Uncooperative and unfriendly check-in staff! - extremely slow wi-fi; no site could be loaded. Food looked like it was brought in from near by restaurants. I don't think they cook in the hotel kitchens. The small van Shuttle service wasn't always there.
