The location is very good, walking distance from lots of restaurants (chili's, on the border, Friday's) there's also a mall nearby. The room was nice, big bathroom and clean. الغرف كانت كبيرة .. النظافة كانت ممتازة باستثناء ملاحظة كانت على دورات المياه أجلكم الله .. الموقع ممتاز جدا قريب من مطاعم شهيرة .. المواقف كانت متوفرة. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was comfortable and the price was reasonable.
all reviews » Its Location near Andalus street and many good restaurants, cafe. Every thing very nice. Golden Park is situated near to two of the main streets so it is easy to walk to restaurants. The room had new furnishings.The price was great. The hotel has a pool for the kids. Location and value for money. it is okay but no faclities. Location,budget price,. Clean and Quiet. They didn't have a bath in the bathroom only a shower. ملاحظة وحيدة على دورات المياه أجلكم الله .. تصريف المياه في المغاسل كانت سيئة طلبت من الاستقبال تنظيفها خلال تواجدي خارج الغرفة .. لكن للأسف عدت ووجدت الدورات على ماهي عليه. Nothing. Poor laundry service, unavailability of towels. There is no sign board on the building of the hotel. Please spend some money and put on saying 'Golden Park Apartments'. The room was tiny. We stayed there before and for the same price this time round they gave us a tinier room. There is no such thing as staff that attend to you. Several times,we had to ask for towels, glassess, coffee cups and a kettle. The bathroom had a shower cubicle with no door so the floor was wet most of the time. Staff were not helpful. Small toilet and Shower, Room not cleaned everyday, Staff don't speak english, doesn't accept Card payments, only CASH. Room are not soundproof. The receptionist doesn't know how to speak english. When I am lost looking for the place, he cannot provide the exact location. Asked them to pick me up at some known landmark but he said he dont have a car. I am so disappointed. Hotel ignorance to letsbookhotel.com remarks. needs to have more: 1- customer services 2- cattle in the room 3- clean rugs 4- pro hotel staff & uniform 5- maintenance for lamps & WC exhaust. The staff required more training in hotel business. we find some bugs in the room the bathroom is reallly bad and small. Reception staff were not friendly when we checked out. The clothes cupboard was broken (the metal hanger of the clothes was broken). The spotlight on the toilet mirror was not working. The window in front of the toilet didn't have curtain (No privacy when going to toilet for a shower. Anyone from outside can see through. The bed sheet was damaged. Only 1 piece of hand soap, 1 large towel, 1 shampoo tube in the toilet!!!!. cleanliness. Hotel/apartment name sign too small. It's vary hard to fined the hotel, the name in Arabic don't is deferent then the English, can not fined parking for your car, finally there is nothing in the room you have ask for everything. Cockroach every where, poor services, no car parking. I was not expected about this hotel totally am not satisfied if there's way to refund my money or I would love to give me any hotel in dubai . Poorly equipped & furnished. The staff are lazy & not cooperating. We ordered some sugar & spoons they said we dont have. Car parking is a tragedy. I had to get off my car everytime to remove the chain myself. No personnel staff there. It was really bad experience. poor service , dirty , and noisy. Unfreindly staff, Cleanness Delay in responding to our request, Not secure and suitable parking Not enough lights No towls,tissue Roaches in the rooms. Durty , bad service , uneducated technicians for repairs of basics in the room ..... Very Bad.
