It is the third time for me to stay at Elaf, in Jeddah; it has the best combination of relax, shopping, and kids entertainment. Staff are always nice and welcoming, location is excellent in terms of reach and sea view. The location Staff welcoming Kinda resturant and food quality and variety. Place of Venue, near most places I need to go... like that it was interleading into red sae mall.

The number of staff at the reception was not enough. Front Desk people are not fluent on english. wi fi was not conecting. Staff on the reception do not pay attention to customers requirement or preference on reservation requirement. The room is not worth the money paid for it. Not enough choices of food in dinner menu and no good choices for children Weak WiFi inside rooms Expensive price No enough light inside room. Very slow laundry and iron service even when I ordered express service! It took them 4 hours to to iron my clothes, while they charge me 36sr a piece for express service which was not express at all. Some rooms have a smoke smell even they are smoking free! Old carpet and smelly sometimes. These things are ok if the rate was lower a bit. Staff at check in & check out very, very slow. Price. Not a five star hotel. Carpets had stains and hair. Over priced. Booked a room for two were treated as a single guest, one glass, one robe etc. Room was not ready until 5:00pm. Staff are very slow to responding to requests. I would rate this hotel a 3-4 stars. The view, shower, breakfast. Nothing else, staff were rude & giving conflicting information. The room carpet was ugly! My mother couldn't believe that we were in a five stars hotel! If I had the chance to move out I would never think twice. The hallway was smelling awful because of ciggarates. Dinner menus was so limited. I don't think I would come again to that hotel ever..
