Excellent location, main road is just within 5 minutes walk, beaches are within 10 minutes walk. Very quiet, nice garden well taken care of. Good restaurant. Good size rooms, high celling. I enjoyed the facilities a lot: big and comfortable rooms, amazing outside area with swimming pool facing the Sochi Arboretum, great location close to the beach. Perfect location. Central part, but extremely quiet. The staff is friendly. The guests are respectful, no loud parties, no music after the 23.00.
