We stayed 2 nights in the Imperial Village Hotel and our impressions were excellent. Very clean room, comfortable, big bed. Staff was very friendly, although with shortages in English. Excellent restaurant, great russian food with a western touch. Nicest waiting personnel. All is excellent, but staff is poor. Location is great. Staff!!!. The service is terrible, particularly one black-haired girl at the reception who speaks English. It is a 2-stars hotel with prices of a 4-stars one.
