  We have never stayed in a hostel before and this was definitely superior to many hotels we have stayed in. It was thoughtfully and imaginatively designed and decorated. The staff were very helpful and gave lots of hints and tips about what to see and do, where to eat and drink in St Petersburg. It was by far the largest room we have ever st - Everything! Staff is amazing, makes you feel home, every night integrates people by promoting activities like movies, pub crawling, watching soccer game. They even prepare popcorn! Its so perfectly clean from kitchen, to bedrooms and specially bathrooms! Decoration is amazing and every detail is well done and organized. They even have umbrellas for gests and do your laundry for a small price which is totally worth it! Even if for some reason you have to stay at the hostel an entire day, still a

  Very friendly staff with good English. Super clean, separate showers and toilets which helps avoid queues. Comfy bunks in dorm room - didn't squeak and move around like most dorm bunks! Excellent location, practically next door to the Hermitage.   The place is clean, and the staff always remind the travelers need to keep quite in night and morning. So u can sleep well. Staff cannot speak English, but they are nice and using google translate to communicate with u. And 20mins walk to train station - Very nice Hostel, definately recommending to others.   Absolutely perfect location. 3 minutes to Hermitage, 2 minutes to Nevsky prospect, 2 minutes to Church of our saviour on spilled blood 3minutes to Russian state museum ... so many amazing places around. Its pretty hard to find hostel so write down adress correctly. Hostel is pretty small so no chill out rooms. But kitchen, bathroom and rooms are... what people say » really clean. Bed is comfortable. Personel who works there really try to help. Girls are very nice so for me 10/10. I DO recommend this hostel, don' - The location is superb - it's one block from the Church on Spilled Blood, and the Main Street Nevsky Prospekt, and 5 min walk to the Hermitage / Winter Palace. The staff are welcoming, friendly and keep the hostel very clean. We liked it so much (and found so much to do in St Petersburg) that we stayed a second week, and have already recommended it to other travellers. Thanks Natasha, Lena and Jane!

  The location of the hostel is perfect and it was easy to find. All the needed facilities, such as a microwave, a computer, a kettle and dishes, ironing facilities and a washing machine. It was very clean in the hostel. We also appreciated a lot that It was very warm inside.   I enjoyed that it was close enough to the center by metro but far enough to be quiet. While I travel I need to sleep. :) I also envoy end that the hostel was small and quaint. - I liked mostly everything. Our family found Piterskii Dvorik clean and nice for staying.
