I like frendly staff, they let me in earlier then check in time. I like hotel location - in front of subway station Chernaya Rechka. Disent service for little money. . The staff . The breakfasts . The relaxed atmosphere . Proximity to Metro station. Reasonable cost, close to Metro station and proximity to my business meetings. Breakfast was good Customer service was also good and friendly.
