The location is perfect, only two minutes from Nevsky prospects. We
lived in the appartment on Marat str.,19. The flat on the second floor
includes two separate rooms, kitchen, bathroom, etc. It was clean,
comfortable and equipped with all necessary items. Absolutely no noisy,
good furniture. The stuff was correct and professional.

Nice location and great place.
Nothing.
Sometimes it looked like that persons who had decorated the flat
didn't think about the real live of ordinary people. There is a nice
massage bath in the bathroom but no curtain and not a single clothes
hook in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There is a good washing machine
but no rope lingerie or drier. Certainly it's not very important but
a little bit irritating from time to time.
