The past reviews are exactly as it is. The apartment we had was roomy, very quiet, well equipped and clean enough. It is in a safe area. Beware that 60% of the aparts in St Petersbourg have no private bathrooms and kitchens, but this one does! We had a major crisis : two days before we were leaving, the apartment had no more water (due to repairs in the building). When we called to complain around 8pm (which was late, but we hoped the water would come back), the staff tried everything to pu.

Plenty of places to grab a meal, easy access to any part of the city with the subway station right across the street. The staff was excellent, we had correspondence with exact instructions on our arrival. The staff was waiting for us at the apartment. This was fairly small room with one bed and desk. We expected slightly larger room for the price we paid. It was OK for though, especially since we did not spend m. Our stay with Oksana was great, right from booking through to departure. We were greeted by a friendly driven and taken to our apartment on Nevsky where we met Chuck, who gave us a run down on the place with helpful tips. Located on Nevsky, we had the perfect location. Apartment was very roomy and had everything we needed. Gracious staff met me right on schedule and showed me to the flat. It was a spacious very nice modern studio. Quite large. Huge comfortable bed and nice small kitchen. A great value for an apartment located in the heart of the Nevsky Prospekt neighborhood. I will go back whenever I am in St. Pete. checkin/check out straightfoward... grocery near the corner... we felt safe during our stay... bed and sofas comfotable, good TV reception... especially we can cook our own food... very close to the center - Church of Saviour on Spilled Blood, tour buses, tour boats, Palace Square, etc. 1. Location is the best the city has to offer. 2. Staff was quite forthcoming in helping when required. 3. All necessary requirements have been met in the Apartment. Excellent and very central location. Location and staff. very good. location Good Wifi. location in the center with very good facilities. If you have a poor mobility, beware that the appartment is on the third floor with no elevator. The shower in the bathroom was extremely small and the fixture was broken, so shower head would not stay in one place. For the size of the bathroom, the shower could have been made larger to provide comfort. There were no way to control temperature in the room. Even though it was November, room was heated too much and we had to open window. However, that made it very noisy to sleep. As is often true with apartment buildings in Russia, the stairs and entryway are ancient and unpleasant. It is a pleasant surprise to open the door into the wonderful flat. A number of poorly mounted and/or broken tiles in the kitchen and bathroom floor and a cheap and tiny shower cabin reduced the general impression of an otherwise high standard flat. Some noise from street traffic (but, hey, you are in the middle of Nevsky!). Only two keys for 3 people and in the second bed is not possible to sleep. The jacuzzi was dirty, probably roast due to not using it in a long time. wifi slow elevator cramped. Old buildings have old staircases. Nobody comes to clean the room during my holiday. No services like no room service,. Noise traffic No Airco very warm and you can't open the windows because of the noise. moskitos in the night, lot of tragic over the night but on the other hand perfect location to reach the downtown.
