There are a lot of positive moments: good location not far from center, but in quiet place; quiet (!) rooms; breakfast with porridge, curd fritters, pancakes, omlet, sausages, tosts... When it is rainy, you can borrow umbrella. My room was on 5th floor, and I had view on courtyard - it was not good, but also I saw dome of St. Isaac's Cathedral. And the most plus is air-conditioner in the room. Well I guess it is good hotel for couples and family vacation.

They also directed me to where I could purchase a SIM card for my phone as well as different things in the area. The reception staff speak English very well and were a pleasure to talk with. Breakfast, I didn't like it but my friend liked it It is a good area and also close to the metro. The internet is excellent. There is good restaurant around. also there is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel 7/24. Also it's close to the river. The staff was particularly helpful, especially if you consider that very few people can or want to speak to you in English in Russia. Free internet was a real bonus. The breakfast was of good quality food. The location of this hotel is excellent, in the city center, plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is newly renovated, rooms are statious and clean. I would not recommend it to the people who can't easily go upstairs and downstairs as lift is not convenient and stops between the floors. Not being able to check in earlier but on the brightside I got a really nice, light and spacious room with a huge bathtub. The entrance is not impressive , to say the least. The lobby is on the second floor. no bathroom in the family room. - We have two days problems with the air conditioner. The third day, the problem was solved. Noise from night club at 1st floor. Location of reception which is not near entrance. Sometimes people from the nearest restorane are too loud. bed comfort. Our room was close to the buffet zone and at 8 o'clock happened to be a bit noisy. Small room. Hotel is good 3 star hotel, not 4.
