What people say

Location, location, location. Very close to all the important and historic sites of the city. Only location I liked. Stayed with my friends for 4 days and the rooms for all my friends and mine one were cleaned only once. Worst experience ever in a hotels.Staff do not speak any other language then Russian,so I didn't get any help for anything.There were not lights on the main stairs.Only one time, for 9 nights ,my room was vacuum cleaning,I asked for it several times.Pictures of the rooms in hotels on letsbookhotel.com do not match real appearance.Very bad service.
