What people say

The room was nice, clean and cozy and the bathroom was also clean. The room also had some other nice features such as a fridge, a water cooker for tea and an AC. Free wi-fi was also available and it worked well. The hotel manager lady was helpful even though she didn't speak English. Facilities were excellent, the location was great, the privacy was top level. The hotel was very difficult to find, the door on the street doesn't have the name Venecie mentioned at all. When I first arrived there, there was no one to open to door so I had to call the hotel manager. Also the staff hardly spoke any English at all. If we would have wanted a late checkout, it would have cost us 500rubles per hour after 12. Also there was no cleaning service in our room during our visit: we had to ask for more toilet paper and towels.
