Very nice hotel, in perfect position just opposite the exhibition and very close to a metro station. Comfortable and quality ooms and restaurant. Very tasty food. Special mention I would like to make to Evgeniya from the reception: a very nice, kind, helpful and professional person, the right profile anybody would expect to meet in an hotel, but rarely finds. Staff friendliness is particularly noted. It was good that most of the staff - mainly Reception - speak fluent english. The hotel was clean, rooms and common space. Also worth noting that a big added value results from the hotel being close to the Euro-mall shopping center and the Vystavochnaya metro station.

It is well organized, rooms are very good and clean. Located near the Subway and walking distance to the exhibition centre. The restaurant is also excelent. The leasure facilities are also good. The hotel is nice. Perfect location, good service, nice rooms, great pillows to have a good rest. I suggest this hotel to stay and i would prefer to come back there again. good hotel. There is still a lot of construction going on around. It was quiet in the rooms though and for business travellers should not be a problem. If your goal is to explore the center of Moscow the hotel might be a bit far away from main sight seeings. Central air conditioning system does not allow to adjust room temperature individually. Building site is very close to the hotel. Ask for a room with internal yard view to avoid noise. It's a bit hot inside the hotel, but rooms are fine. You can fix it with EC. I wanted to have a smoking room, but ther was no any available. And the room servise is a bit slow. You have to wait up to 30 minutes even for drinks. But overall it is nice hotel. The hotel is still under construction. So there will be some small cornors not very clean.It is not effect your comfort staying. So still a good hotel. In hotel staff tell me about more chiper price if i use Accor program in my Iphone. In booking i have 5 900 RUB, in this program i can have 4 200 RUB by the same. All around there is construction ongoing but for me it wasn't a problem,. Beds were a little hard and the workmen on the construction site appeared to begin work at 6.36 am which was quite noisy and therefore annoying. Television didn't work and so was offered a discount, fair enough. Breakfast was extortionate so I didn't bother. Hotel taxi service was also a rip off (better to use welcometaxis.com). Expensive without breakfast included, was about 700 rubles extra for breakfast! Location was a little hard to find Construction in the area but will be nice when that is finished. Still construction all around it, and will be for years... Also beds not too cozy and ventilation system not very controllable. The entrances and the metro station.......construction works all around, but it's a temporary thing. All this problems will be solved. Typical of Moscow there was nothing around the hotel except huge highways and high rise buildings. Building work spoiling surrounding area as well. Due to this construction work it is actually ten minutes to the metro not one !. Still a lot of construction around, and though sound isolation is perfect it's still annoying Prices in lobby bar & restaurant. Slight mis-communication when ordering a Hotel taxi in that the charge was per hour and not total journey. The area is one large construction site - access to the hotel is not the most beautiful and sometimes it is noisy in the night. Poorly signposted from street Much construction work still in progress in the Moscow City complex. Elevator signs in corridors (difficult at times to find elevator). The convinient location in Moscow City is two-edged sword - on one side its very close to the city center and a metro station, on the other - Moscow City is still developing and partially under construction, so if your room number is even then outside you will be seeing (and hearing!) a big 24-hour working construction site, not pleasent to sleep. The door key failed in less than 6 or 7 uses. The location, because there are too many constructions around the hotel. Too expensive breakfast, for such money could be more tasty and wide. Not enough power jacks to connect various equipment the bar has only beer on menu. 24/7 construction works around, a bit loud. Would like to see more options in the fitness center. No swimming pool,small gym. Nothing. Not clear payment methods, still under construction. Hotel not ready 100%. Cnstruction around the hotel. new building so not complete infran yet. While hotel is crowd to find clean breakfast table not easy. Only beer on sale but were advised it was because they were waiting for an alcohol licence. not a problem though. price. Bar in the hall without alchool except beer... This not adequate for Moscow... No windows in room only air con. no gowns. As the hotel is brand new, not everything is functioning as it should. Free mini-bar includes only water :). no breakfast, wifi slow and internet connection on 7th floor is bad.
