Wonderful hotel close to the metro station so within 10 minutes you can be in the centre of Moscow. It's clean, comfortable and decorated to an excellent standard Though we were on street level by a busy road, the rooms were so quiet and also very warm. A good breakfast is served in a cafe over the road. Its more of a voucher so you can have the standard, so get a discount on a better breakfast. They must have listened to past reviews as the receptionists spoke fairly good English.

They don't serve breakfast at the hotel but across the road and you can upgrade it if you pay more! The bedroom is very comfortable and modern with Flat TV, desk and very small cupboard! Room service is excellent every day!. Reasonably priced, close to subway, friendly staff, clean room (we got a room in the basement but it worked out perfectly for us - we spent most of the day in the city and it was hot outside, so it was nice to come back to a cool room). The hotel is very close to the metro station "Taganskaya", Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. I liked the ideal location, comfort rooms, beds, a lot of necessary things in the room (bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers, mini-vehicles). Location is great - 15-20 minutes walk from Lubianka. There's no lift int he hotel, but it's not a problem as the staff is always ready to help, No cafe, but "Shokoladnitsa" in just in front and it's much better then a bad coffee in some hotels. Perversely, my room was located in a stuffy basement, plus everything to divert sewage from the basement works noisy pump. The room has no fridge. Scant coverage. Design conforms to a night of love, and not rest at a business trip. Price. Although this is a hotel in Moscow center it should not cost a fortune for 2 stars with breakfast in a cafe on the other side of the street. The other person, i guess security, did not smile, not even hello. Where is no lift, but I didn't have a luggage. There is no wardrobe. staff did not speak English, small rooms. the staf cant speak english. breakfast at nearby cafe. We has a basement room (rooms 6 & 7) which had s tiny window and no ventilation. Traffic noise was quite loud but so knackered wasn't really a problem. Staff didn't speak English except one girl who had very limited English but still way better than my Russian ! Breakfast is across the road at s cafe where no English is spoken. Terrible smell in the bathroom! Our room was very small without a cupboard.
