Excellent service. Excellent bedroom facilities. New airco, tv, bed, etc. Excellent bathroom with use of tens of differint type smells of bathsoap/shampoo. Jacuzzi!! Overall all fine, you're welcomed by a nice couple whoe let you do the things you want to do when you're on holiday. Super! Thank you again. Use of iron was no problem, morning crousant were unexpected and the sweets that we could take with our tea were delicious/free!.

The location is great, 15 minutes walking from city centre, the owner is a young and very kind guy. The room was big and clean. The location is fantastic. You are in the very center. This isn't a criticism, but I would recommend having your cab driver call to get directions. There is no sign out front so it's impossible to find otherwise. It's more like an apartment than a hotel--but a very nice, private one and nicely decorated. It was ok...you just have to be aware that it is not an hotel, but a private flat, 5th floor of a block of flats and you simply use a bedroom and you share the toilette of the owners. The common areas of the building are under reinstatement. It's very scary, people doing makeups at night in the living room, and the hotel is very yellowish. Not recommend for single travelers. The address given was incorrect and we only found the correct one through our own persistence. It is a hostel, not a hotel. But i booked it as i thought it is a hotel. Hard to find, nobody knows about its existence as mini havana hotel, even the people working under that building. No sign, you have to call. Difficulty in communication in english also. You use a shared toilet and bathroom which you have to clean around after using :/ It should never be called as hotel. There is no tabela of the hotel at the street, you have to call the hotel to open the door. But the number doesn't work, so in front of the the door, i sent an email, after than he came and open the door. When we get to the hotel, there is no room available, they have another flat very close to the hotel, we stayed at their flat. They try to take credit card commission %10. After some talks they didn't take the commission. Wouldn't stay for more than 1 night for the price. This is not a minihotel, it's an appartment were you stay with the owner and other visitors.
