This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was nice, and overall it was a great value for money.

The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too. - very central and close to the cremlin and other good places. - - near the embassies if you have meetings there. - no problems for late checkout without any extra. - staff very friendly and speaks a good english. The hotel has spacious rooms and it's location is perfect which is close to everything in the city center. Also arriving from Vnokuvo Airport is very easy (only one metro stop after taking the Aeroexpress). My room on the 18th floor was quiet. Never any sound from the neighbors or from the outside. The heating was adequate in December and the hot water was really hot. The location is pretty good, too. I was positive surprised bout the friendly staff. Almost all were very friendly. Not usual for an Russian hotel. Also the speed of Internet was good enough for simple work. Good... I have asked for a room with a good view. I was given a splendid corner room, on the penultimate floor, with splendid views of Moscow. I will definitely return! Thank you!. Everything - location is excellent and the hotel is extremely welcoming and comfortable. I was impressed by the size of the single room and the bathroom facilities. Concierge service was excellent Panorama Restaurant had super views, but atmosphere was a bit flat as there were only 4 tables taken when we got there. location. Its really walking distance from everything and walking distance from the train station that has express trains to the Vnokonov airport. I like that there was a Bible in the table, excellent location. Breakfast to my opinion for 60 USD is too expensive, so I didn't pay for it. Well I liked it all!. The shower water is hard to turn on. No master switch. Bed is too soft. Curtains did not block out light. - rooms much too hot!!! regulation of temperature was NOT possible - beds are not good as much too soft. The lights sometimes did not work in the room. Once we asked for a taxi at the reception and the taxi was not an official one and ripped us off. There are taxi with taxi meters though!. Nothing. Nothing. Very slow and not very helpful staff. The attitude for personel is very bad and dissimpointed. air conditioning doesn't work properly. Breakfast too expensive The room should be bigger for what you pay. - Not friendly and smiling staff - food at the bar - quite expensive.
