Seems like this hotel is new so they're making discounts to attracts clients.
As for me the main advantages were:
1) less then $100 price
2) lightning-fast internet (no problems to upload/download hundreds of Mb)
3) smoking was allowed in my room (while there were no marks of previous smokers like smell, spots or bur
