Excellent quality for a moderate price.
Mind that this hotel is not located in the city center (though it's possible to reach the center on foot), but it's one of the few residential districts of Kaliningrad that weren't destroyed during WW2, so it looks very nice and is worth visiting on its own. -

I think the location was good because it was very nice around the hotel but driving in nothing else looked as nice. The dinner in the hotel was excellent with great borscht. -

A very nice hotel! I've been in other Raddison hotels in US and Europe and the quality of Radisson Blu Hotel Kaliningrad is the same or even better.

it was a unique hotel. out of the way yet right next to the largest cathedral in town and on the river. staff very nice. breakfast good. 1 english channel on the flat screen tv. hot water in shower. across from a good grocery store. easy public transport except to airport. -

Great location, a couple of meters from the river and 5 minutes on foot from the city centre and majority of places of interest. Hotel opened in August 2013, so everything is really new.
