  The hotel is of high quality, clean, quiet, and in a beautiful neighbourhood, although a short distance from the center of the city.   I think the location was good because it was very nice around the hotel but driving in nothing else looked as nice. The dinner in the hotel was excellent with great borscht. - Nice view from the rooms (well, not the ugly apartment block opposite, but towards the cathedral etc), good breakfast and v speedy laundary service.
