The hotel has a nice spa-area. Food in restaurant was very delicious. Staff was very polite. Very friendly and helpful staff at Front Office, and even Housekeeping staff friendly upstairs. Hotel location is near city centre. Wi-Fi doesn't work upstairs, at least when you have a room at the end of the aisle. Breakfast is good old nostalgic soviet style, but with polite waitresses. Staff hanging around the lobby area, entertaining themselves. 65 promised cable TV channels simply a joke, just regular russian TV. Window doesn't close tight. Booked and got confirmed a smoking room, only to find a sign in the room asking not to smoke, no ashtray.
