It looks better than described. Staff was very friendly. The room was large, nice and clean. It's located literally downtown. The overall opinion is positive. the courtesy and the sheer straightfowardness. The photos do not do the hotel justice! It really has much more character and charm than they suggest.

The parking space is limited. There are indeed a lot of stairs to the second floor. the hotel restaurant was poor for choice - a huge menu but most items not available. At present, in practice, it is only for hotel guests (who often choose to go to excellent nearby restaurants instead). Either entering into some kind of local partnership, or opening the street-facing ground floor of the hotel as a 'public' restaurant, would greatly improve this aspect. No lift - not much fun carrying 23 kg suitcase up 2 flights of winding stairs. No elevator. Small parking place. Noisy neighborhood during the night (barking dogs, alarms) Bad streets around the hotel (city center renovation). One night we had cigarette smell in our toilet.. we don't know how it happened. maybe from the bathroom ventilation (?). - the 2 person bed has a big space in between. I have seen that in several rooms. - the shower looks great, but most of the features don't work at all. Most of features of shower did not work anymore no soap for shower available not realy clean.
