Good location in the middle of the city, in parking the dorkeeper helped, each stuff member was kind. It was allowed to stay after official check out time. Intenet in room is ok, bathroom very well equipped. I do suggest this hotel. First of all, me and my colleague, liked the staff of the hotel. They were really helpful, kind and seemed well trained.the hotel room was excellent. the staff were very helpful. the breakfast was very good indeed. location was perfect.

One thing I didnt like, that the guy who was checking the mini- bar ecveryday, was coming inside the room without warning. The room we had, while very nice and comfortable, had an occasionalstrong sewage odor emanating from the a/C. Front desk was informed.Swimming pool should be free of charge. The hotel was advertised as having pool/gym etc. but these were notincluded and cost a lot to use (8 euro / hour I think). That I had to go thru smoking area which was on 1st flore where the elevators are, when i wanted to go to my room - that was non smoking. Breakfast (acceptable variety but of low quality). Noise coming from the corridors. Finally, I was charged with 44 Lei from the mini bar without consumption and paid as I was time pressed.The Girlfriend who they more or less accussed of being a "working Girl" they did apologise but it made a big big difference to teh quality of my stay!. We were put in a noisy room despite asking for a quiet one. We were instantly offered a change and it was to a better room, though that room was very hot as the air conditioning seemed inefficient. Breakfast was a littyle disappointing, breakfast room was a bit gloomy.On the website it offered a balcony in the room description which we didn't get. And we weren't offered a highchair/babychair at breakfast for our 1 year old daughter. more soft sheets on the beds, more frequent cleaning of the room. small rooms, no controllable HVAC. Heat in the rooms (airco did not work properly). Old but expirienced hotel.. I could not provide my Ramada membership points because hotel was not ready yet......Old blankets and plain sheets instead of proper duvets and duvet covers are not up to Ramada- standard, and the blankets are causing problems for allergic people. Same with the whole-floor carpeting in bedrooms. Housekeeping kept the rooms very clean but were in a habit of chatting loudly with eachother in the room corridors and waking up the guests in the mornings. You cannot overlook, that the rooms look a little bit used (at least theones with the special rate :-))). Breakfast: well could be better, for4* (taste was ok, but they could offer a wider wariety of "meals"). Ifyou travel for business, the hotel is ok (for the rate about 90 Euro,not the one on place :-)) 240 Euro).cheating at the foreign exchange, ordering expensive taxis in brief proverbal corruption in Romania is still a reality. little swimming pool. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. have already stayed in better hotels for that price. Reception once again is the big winner, extremely helpful and professional. why I have to pay for the swimming pool? jacuzzi out of order.
