Kindness of the owners, their hospitality, the way they got involved in order to ensure the comfort for all their guests.The pension has a wonderul back yard, perfect for a great relaxing evenin. The rooms are very clea and the general atmosphere of the location is cozy and warm. Great place to stay. The owner went out of his way to insure we were comfortable and was very helpful with history of the area, directions, restaurant recommendations. He and the other front desk person spoke English. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Arad.
