1. Amazing location if you want to soak in the culture. The property is located just next to the Souk Waqif... the historical district of Doha (10 mins of a walk). 2. Exceedingly spacious and well-decked rooms... especially for this price range. 3. Very helpful and courteous front-desk & staff. I stayed in superior room with king size bed, the room is quit big, nice setting area and plenty of space .. bath room includes both shower and tub, clean hotel, close to Souq wajef and sea front, good if you have business and would like to meet in room, or with family with children.

I didn't like the location and I asked for an engineering he didn't come . The room service wasn't great; I ordered for a late lunch, the food arrived one hour after the order with cold food. The Hotel needs in some areas a refurbishment, it is build in a high quality, but the years passed buy are visible in the building. The signal of the lift's is very noise, loud and should be adjusted to a level which is not as loud that you can hear the signal through the closed door of your room. The room could need another cupbourd. The TV was very far away from the bed. The light can be improved in the bathroom. Some furniture needs to be changed and more attention to housekeeping. Seriously, the towels need to be changed as they are getting too old and not save to be used. Nothing to mention. Very expensive breakfast if not in your package.. not many places to eat around the hotel. Only the expensive hotel limousine service available outside the hotel. You have to go around the corner to find and ordinary cab. the maintenance of the room not good , The parking not available . the food quality is not very good as I get the breakfast it is poor as a 4 star hotel ,as example the hot dishes was cold and the jouce was not fresh. the staff is not ready for big nonmember of gust. Request for airport pick-up and booking for Hop-on Hop-off bus weren't successfully arranged, even with ample notice. Not many places nearby to eat out. Constantly fluctuating prices Non availability of Taxis Very Expensive in house limousine service not allowing metered taxis to be in the vicinity of the hotel. Nothing. -though they say wi-fi is free, the reception of signals is so poor that it hardly worked inside the room. -breakfast was bit expensive. The pool was a little too cold for this time of year. Like most hotels in Doha, it has a mosque, so you hear the call to prayer in the early morning.shower - hotwater window cleaning expensive . Not too many available parking spaces esspecially if you arrive on a weekend. Although clean there is a list of visible items that need some maintenance. This hotel doesn't serve any alcohol and doesn't have it in the room mini bar. However the Horizon hotel nearby has a lounge bar on the 1st floor and disco bar on the last floor. Slow process during check-in. v dirty windows and AC panel. Carpets have seen better days. The entrance to the hotel is quite confusing. No spray bedit. nothing. The hotel need some refurbishment especially the carpets. room was cold and unfortunately no heating. Carpet is not very clean, otherwise all is good. no hot water. grubby carpets and dirty sunbed cushions. No tourist information on display and not offered. First time in Qatar so tourist information would be good as just had to find out for ourselves. No enough sports channel. TV chanells are very limited. Location relative to decent shops and restaurants. lobby and the car parking. There are no paid sport channel. No bar now!!!. why does airport pickup ALWAYS try to get a blank invoice signed......
