The Staff was super friendly and even though we arrived a day earlier they helped us finding a place in town to stay for one night. Once we moved to the Blue Horizon, they were happy to see us back, very attentive. The pool was awesome and the view was amazing. The restaurant and bar were great. the room was clean and very pretty. The staff was very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the food was excellent. A nice touch is they provide you with towels, chairs,cooler and umbrellas for your trip to some of the most beautiful beaches I have been in the world.
all reviews » The hotel is in a great location, with amazing ocean views and surrounded by spacious gardens. The pool is nice and the restaurant very good. It is svery relaxing. The service from the staff, especially the bar tenders, was excellent. Also, we loved the infinity pool. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Resort was clean. Restaurant breakfast was perfect. Nice pool, beautiful grounds, beach access, quiet, most staff are competent, helpful front desk. Beautiful cottages, nice pool, employees were helpful, clean property, food was good, quiet. We loved most everything. Hard to complain about the location. Location is the best Staff is really good It was very clean. The beautiful view, the room and the outstanding food. The pool and the area of the hotel are amazing. The design, the closeness to the natrure. The staff was excellent. 100%. The location is excellent , close to Village of Esperanza but most important is the increadibly beautiful view to the Ocean. It is peaceful and outstanding in natural beauty. The pool area is very nice. Good location near Esperanza and the best beaches of Vieques. Quiet, quaint, private, great pool. Free parking Layout of property. The room was dark. Kind of a bummer when you have such a beautiful view just outside the door. The wood blinds only opened a little bit, so not much light was in the bedroom. Nothing. The facilities could be better, E.G., the room did not have a fridge, a phone to call the front desk or internet connection. The shower did not work well. Coffee...needs improvement :( served with cold milk. Very slow restaurant service, billing errors on check out (another room's charges billed to our room), hard pillows. It is a ways out of the city, no beach access. Our room could have been cleaner. There was a left over wash cloth hanging on shower, hair ball stuck to the shower wall and what looked like blood stain on the box spring sheet up by head of the bed. I'm not the complaining type so I didnt mention it to staff. No transportation No shuttle Have to walk a lot to go out Taxi services they call are very costly. The food was too costly. The garden room was really dark and old. had only one window that was close. The hotel is far from the beach and any resturant. There's no TV. No shuttle to sun bay. %. It is a shame that with such a beautiful property management is letting go of the infractructure !!! The hotel seems unkept, not clean in the common areas, gardens need attention. The rooms are large, but dark. Could be so much nicer with the proper upkeep. Really a shame ! I would stay again, but only for the increadible ocean views. Extremely overpriced. Terrible view of the ocean despite being ocean view. Not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination. No place to sit on beach, food and drink a bit pricy. No wifi Lamps did not work Price of rooms different a/c sucked.
