First of all, the apartment is just ideal for a solo traveler, a couple or even a family.. The location is perfect.. I mean it just does not get any better than this, I walk out of the building and I am right in the middle of the main square where everything is happening. Secondly, Marek the guy who is taking care of the apartment is a great guy.. all reviews » A great apartment, minutes away from the city centre. It was equipped well & very comfortable. The owner is very helpful & accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. His English is limited but he will translate using his laptop or phone. It made us feel slightly embarrassed that our Polish was non existent! We stayed at the economy apartment & it was perfect for our 5 day stay. I couldn't find a cheaper deal and it really is only a 5 min walk to the fabulous main Market Square. We arrived in late in the evening, in pouring rain. Not only did the owner come out to our car to meet us, he found for us a parking space and helped us with our luggage. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, convenient, and in the best location in Wroclaw. Wifi/internet was smooth--a big plus.The owner was courteous, helpful, and efficient. At our request, he sent us old pictures of the street and the house, before renovation. If you're in town, don't skip this one. Marek, the host, was superb.He has more than one apartment, and met us upon our arrival. The apartment we stayed in was old and the outside was rough looking - however, do not let that deter you. The proximity of the apartment to the square was excellent (5 min walk); and, the inside was very nice and functional - great kitchen if you want to have meals at home. We would stay there again - and, Marek is a wonderful host with great suggestions of what to do, and where to eat!. The apartment was superb, right on the Rynek in the middle of Wroclaw. The location was perfect, near many restaurants and within walking distance of most sights. What was most outstanding was the services of Marek, who met us at the train station and took us to the apartment. The apartment is very simple and probably not modern for who is used to, but it is exactly what you need in Wrozlad....and that's it. WiFi works very good! Hope to come again soon... The location was amazing - near everything and even though it is right on the City square the windows were well soundproofed. City is great and full of atractions. The location and the city of Wroclaw was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend.. very new place in amazing location. Host is very nice too. Grocery store on ground floor of apartment building. More of an observation than a dislike... the apartment is on the first floor and is above a couple of pubs/eateries. There is a little noise but it didn't worry us or annoy us at all. There were no drunken brawls or anything like you would expect if you were above a pub in the city in the UK! In fact one of the pubs served vegetarian food only and was AMAZING!. The only problem was finding the apartment in the old town, but this was a result of the hour and the rain. Parking is not available on the spot, so be prepared to walk for a block or two. Not a major problem. Nothing. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments in Europe. Everything here was perfect and couldn't have been better! I highly recommend this apartment. Would do well to paint the walls. In addition, the apartment is dedicated to six people, but there are 3 large beds only, so it is better suited for three couples. We were just the three of us - so it was ok. There are diferent apartments located in diferent places so diferent quests' rewiews.It's better to use diferrent name for each location and diferrent prices also!We lived at the Kuznicza 48 The entrance and the stairs are dark and very dirty.Please take care of it!. Everything was perfect. The entrance is not nice, dark and smelly. And the worst thing is the staircase: three floors and very tall ones!. Nothing. the apartment is new decorated. it is a little bit smelling. It is hard to find, because the is no identification. A lot of noisy, but ok, middle in the Old Town. The TV stations are all in Polish so unless you have many films on DVD with you or some kind of media player the TV will be of little use. The stairs are very rough, if you are not fully mobile and healthy they might cause issues for you. The beds are not doubles but two mattresses side by side. Unit has no cooking utensils - ie potato peeler or masher, tongs, wooden spoon etc. The building entrance and outlook is grotty. No recycling in place. I think the 9.6 rating for this apartment is due to the more expensive unit in the square... Should have a separate rating for this apartment.
