The apartament was excellent, like my own home. Was just right in the heart of the old town in the main street. The bus 175 from the airport drop you off at the door. Easy to walk to all the most important places. I would be there next time for sure. Great location, central to all the sites; bigger and nicer than expected...all in all, a wonderful place to stay.Excellent location, spacious rooms, kitchen has everything you can wish to make your own meals.

Torn leather on the surface of sittng chair. Difficult to find. Parking was full but street parking was free at the weekend so it worked out cheaper. -In the living room, it was too dark. There was a ceiling light and a floor lamp but it just wasn't enough lights for me. - I was quite furious with the guy that checked me in, because I thought we agreed that since I was checking in after their closing time, I needed to rush from the train station to there. Instead, he was late and I waited outside 20 minutes in the cold. He apologized though. When we were to check out at 8am, the guy from the reception wasn't their even at 8:20am, though he asked us himself about the time when we will leave. We were lucky that we have prepaid for the hotel beforehand and had only to give back the keys. After 20 min of waiting we put the keys in the mail box and left.Carpark is very hard to find. The only thing is that you have to talk with the stores under the apartaments as their music distrubs.

Our reception is open from 10 am until 6 pm from Monday to Friday.

If you plan to arrive after 6 pm (Monday to Friday) or during the weekend, then please contact us beforehand to schedule a meeting to hand over the keys to your apartment.

The apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, with no elevator.

Important information to guests

Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekends. The reception is located in the courtyard, accessed through the gate at ul. Nowy Swiat 27. Should your arrival be outside these hours, please contact us at least 40 minutes prior to arrival. Arrivals after 22:00 are subject to a 15 EUR late check-in fee. The apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floor without a lift. Breakfasts are served from 08:00 at a restaurant located within a 2-minute walk from the apartments and can be delivered to the apartment. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Royal Route Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
