It was my third stay at the Pepe Hostel. What can I say about this place? First of all, the ratio quality to price is very high. If you are looking for a cheap place during the visit in Warsaw, the Pepe Hostel is a good choice. The location of the hostel is great. You can reach the city centre by metro in 15-20 minutes (10 minutes walk to metro station Slodowiec and 10 minutes journey). The staff at the reception desk is very helpful, rooms are clean and good enough to spend there the night. Ro.

It is worth mentioning that the hostel supplies towels and bed linens (which is not that obvious for hostels). Although it is not mentioned on the website, the hostel staff offers some basic concierge services and is always happy to help you out. Nice and very green area, we only went there for 2 nights to attend a festival, but would recommend it to anybody looking for a quality hostel. A new hostel (since summer 2012), with four showers and bathrooms and a decent equipped kitchen. The rooms were all dedicated to a popular movie(star), quite clean. I liked that you got a towel and bed sheets. We were on the top floor and also had a balcony (the tarantino room). Staff was friendly and helpfull. Very lovely rooms with pictures of famous films. Nice decoration. Very friendly personal, they help us also with problems with the car!! The rooms and the badroom was very clean and perfect for a stay in the city. The kitchen has everything you need. :-). Bedclothes very clean, friendly staff speaking good English, enough bathrooms, access to well furnished kitchen. Quiet location. Highly recommended and very price-worthy. The room was comfy, the whole place looks pretty and has a real nice social room with a fire place downstairs. I spent a very nice evening there. The room is quite clean and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. You can easily get to the center with the metro. The staff was friendly and the rooms are nicely decorated with acclaimed movies (like Casablanca). Interiors Good reception Parking place 7 min by foot to subway. Wonderful hostel in cinema slyle. We'd stay in it twice. Two things. The first one is limited wifi range (at the second floor there were problems with access to the internet). The second one, the noisy street close to the hostel (but in the night it was ok). A bit far from any grocery stores and the city centre, however proximity to metro station makes up for it!. The location was a little remote. You have to take metro the station Marymont or bus Z-1 or tram 74/75. From there another 10 min. walk. In total probably about 30 min. out from the centre. Staff was friendly, however did not know as many ins and outs as I hoped for. For instance: top 5 places to visit, where is nearest big supermarket, how to get somewhere by public transport. These are minor negatives. All in all I found it a very good hostel, especially for its price. I'd give it a 9/10. No problems. Floor needed to be vacuumed, flaccid mattresses, sound isolation not so good -could hear convesations from the kitchen and reception as if we were in those rooms. The hostel was quite close to the motorway and sometimes the walls were shaking. Poor sound insulation, I could hear people talking clearly outside the room. There's no trash bin inside the room. The matress was not that comfy to me but I have not found the reason why.
