Everything! And, that's not an exagerration. The receptionist is very cordial and makes you feel so welcome. The registration is quite fast. The concierge is prompt to assist you and is accomodating.The room is classic and elegant.The amenities are fulfilling. The room temperature is pluperfect.The 5-star rating is written all over. The personnel was very caring, always asking about my comfort, ready to help with any problem, informing about the city. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, art deco is one of my favourite designs! As well as the location. Price for the the value is very good, which convinces to go back there.

The hotel logo is not visible for easy location. But, it has a very practical site, quite accessible to many places of note.The location is not ideal. It's well located for walking to the tram/train lines and shopping areas as well as historical sites but the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy after dark. I (a single female traveller) felt safe in the daylight hours and walked with ease and interest during the day however, cabs were definitely needed at night. the taxis from the hotel are very expensive. People have to use normal taxi. diners are very nice and good price but the breakfasts are very expensive. We had asked for an extra bed as we were a family of five travelling. That did not happen but we did have a suite and so our son slept on the sofa. Quality of breakfast was not exceptional given price.Tv could be better. To expensive.Not being able to turn off the air conditioning at night. When we were going to the airport the hotel ordered a taxi that tripplecharged us.Breakfast was not buffet but ala carte. 24 EUR for "omelet" and coffee is to much. for a 5* hotel the bar facillity was very poor.It closed on Friday @ midnight and on Saturday evening we were told it was closing @ 11.10 p.m.!!!. Reception staff although efficient could be a bit more welcoming, however other staff were friendly. The menu for roo service 24h a day was very limited and there was no any dessert left at 23:30.Room doors' sound insulation. the TV is in a position where you are not able to watch TV from your bed. The non-inclusion of breakfast...extra @ exorpitant cost. Breakfast should be included in the price. Overpriced. We ate out every day/ordered our own taxi on leaving etc. Be careful about use of pre-authorisation of cards. The somewhat small rooms and bathrooms, the very small closets, limitedfitness room, tiny lobby. The unusual matrasses. The noise (cars andprostitutes outside, closing of doors, noisy service inside). Theoutrageous price of additional services: Internet costs over 30 eurosper day, the hotel tries to impose its own taxi that costs 4 times theprice of public taxis (no warning on that!) ...overpriced breakfest. The cost of the breakfast (not included) was too high (24 Euros!). charging policy (paid higher price than in booking!). internet access in rooms / rate of 24 hour EUR 30! poor comfort of bed. very small room not the measure of 5 star hotel.

A visit to our hotel will offer you a journey through the design arts of the beginning of the 20th century. Every single room has been designed in its very own unique style and will surprise you with a different atmosphere. In each of them you will discover a different aspect of the applied arts of the beginning of the 20th century.

Every room has been furnished with authentic pieces of furniture of the period 1900 - 1930. They are complemented with others, newly designed in the same period style, with every finishing detail selected with the utmost care to reflect the period character. The manufacturers producing the same, unchanged models and designs for the past 100 years have supplied the period light fixtures. The upholstery was selected based on the preserved original samples of the period. Everything was manufactured by the best craftsmen in their field, using the highest quality materials: precious woods, stone, glass mosaics and nickel-plated brass.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 10 km from Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport in Okęcie. Taxis are readily available outside the airport and the journey to the hotel should take around 15 minutes. By prior arrangement, the hotel can organise a transfer via limousine from the airport to the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange a limousine transfer.
