1.the managers of the hotel are really great, they are very helpful and fluent at English and understand Russian. 2.the location for me was great - i needed a hotel next to Arena 3.the room was big and there was a kitchen with a kettle and 2 cups and plates 4.the beds were comfortable 5.my daughter got a birthday present from the hotel - it was really nice of them to do so ! Thank you!. Position close to Warsaw Airport is very good. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bedroom was adequate. Easy parking. Breakfast was ample and hot food was freshly cooked - although this was the weekend and there were not many people staying in the hotel.
