Very nice room, good location.location, breakfast. The city view. The rooms were large and the location was excellent at the end of a grand avenue. Despite what the staff says the wifi DOES NOT work in the guest rooms requiring one to sit in the hallways struggling to find a hotspot. Even in the restaurant the hotel WIFI didn't work but I could access another for pay service coming from outside the hotel. Hotel was perfectly located for my appointments, but probably on the wrong side of town for tourists. Room was very big and breakfast had a big selection.Great location, very good breakfast with some rare polish specials. Staff very helpfull. Privacy, late booking, mini bar, not disturbed in the morning. The location, the room and breakfast were all good. However, hotel is recently renovated and might not deserve this reputation anymore.Although we booked room with double bed, we got two single beds. Fortunatelly, they quickly changed it. As ever it is the little things. Bedside light bulb was not working so I asked reception to change it at 0900hrs when we went out. At 1700hrs it still had not been done and I had to ask again. Insufficient TV Channels in English - one can only watch the news so many times!. Poor servise in Bistro Bar at noon and evning hours.Lighting in the room could be improved and more "warm". Some noice from streets. Room somehow too small. breakfast buffet was not refilled at 08:30 h. The television in Polish, the need of asking al the time to the personal to put spoons, crosaints, hot milk. If the price is very imported you can find another hotel at lower price. The hotels in Warszawa are clean and confortable.poor internet access. lack of parking. Very noisy. Our room was noisy, very cold, the hotel stuff wasn't always able to give us the best informations.We had two separate reservations, each for one night, for the sameperson for two following nights. However reception staff said they hadhad only one. This points out to the mess on the reception, which bringstravellers into uncertainty. I would rather choose another hotel nexttime to avoid the risk of not being provided with a reserved room. no air - condition in the room. The staff were very rude, and hardly spoke English. A fire alarm woke us up at 5 in the morning following a message in Polish, no English announcement so were confused and worried as we had no idea what was going on. I would not reccommend taking children here due to the amount of adult services cards scattered in the hall ways late at night, this happened every night we were there! Not Nice!. I asked for a quiet room (the back yard-side) and received a noisy room at Marszalkowska str. with a very dusty terrace under major construction. For this room at this time half a price should be a maximum charged. Hotel rooms in front of the avenue are very very noisy.
