Very unique concept with each room being different. Liked that the hotel staff allowed us to see all the available rooms first and pick which one we liked. They were very friendly, and helpful. Location with regards to "Old Town" couldn't be better - everything is within a short walking distance. Excellent bang for you buck! We will be coming back. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and their english was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and well thought out. We were so excited about the location and the service. The room themes were fun and enjoyable. Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff couldnt do enough for you. Situated in the heart of old town, great traditional old fashioned atmosphere right outside the door,. The location is very unique, just across the Warsaw castle in the very center of Warsaw. Our room was very cozy and tastefully decorated. The staff was most helpful.Perfect room, excellent and large bathroom, absolute value for money (I payed 77 euro per night). It was also difficult to find the hotel because the sign is small and the taxi let us off a block from the hotel because cars are not allowed in the old square.It is unfortunate that the hotel has no lift because many older people would love it. this was not big point, but breakfast selection can be only a litle bit richer, but this is not big thing.Too bad there was no breakfast. The hotel knew it was a problem and they were looking for a solution to work together with a restaurant nearby. There are a few possibilities for breakfast in the old town but most restaurants there open rather late and are pricey !. No lift, a minor issue though.Nothing for us, however some elderley people may find the stairs difficult (as there is no lift) and there was no air-conditioning in the room. Bed was quite uncomfortable -- funky, but made it difficult to sleep.Tea and Coffee making facilities would have made it perfect. Were lead to believe we would get to choose room from all those available but we were just lead to one room. It was a shame as we wanted to check out other room designs. bath caps. No elevator!!!. It was abit hard finding the hotel. The area is noisier than some others in Warsaw in the evenings. There isno bar or restaurant in the hotel but there are many a very short walkaway. Breakfast doesn't start until 08:00, which could be a problem forbusiness guests.Minor things that the mini bar and the hotel soaps were not renewed during the stay... But besides that nothing!. It was a pity, we had not heard about it before.., also missed a clock on the wall, cos time was ticking away so fast we were in a "time-trap". Room and shower was a little cold. TV reception was very bad. water for the shower was quite cold, when I arrived the window was open and it was really cold. - very limited space for breakfast., Unless you have plenty of time, go to have breakfast outside - very poor pillow. Temperature in the room was too warm and I did not find any aircondition.no elivitor for suitcase toaels hooks. There was a plastic thing under the bedsheet which made it hard and sweaty.problem at breakfast : the breakfast begins at 8 (too late) and there was no bread the first day !!! there is no shutter in the rooms or stores obscuring. Difficult to locate door to hotel. Small room. Lots of stairs. Noisy clock chimes thoroughout night.

By public transportation:
- From the main train station, take bus number 175 until stop Uniwersytet.
- On foot, continue along the Krakowskie Przedmieście until you reach the
Royal Castle (Zamek Krolewski).
- The inn is just across from the Royal Castle, next to the Pizza Hut.
- Please, ask for assistance with your luggage, while ringing the door bell We will take it up. There is no lift.
