We arrived after midnight and the security guy met us in the street. The apartment fully corresponds to its description and photos. The linen and towels were whiter that white. The bathroom accessories are new. You are provided with a bottle of water, tea, coffee and some waffles to have a quick breakfast. It was +6 outside, but the apartment was warm. Everything was perfect! When you arrive at the entrance, you might think that it's not even an hotel. But wait until you get inside your room!! Fantastic! CLEAN, fully-equipped bedroom and bathroom, discreet and friendly staff (we got some small gifts), amazing enormous breakfast served in your room!! This hotel is a gem!.
all reviews » The apartment was fine. It was just as we expected after reading the description. It is perfect for a short stay. There is no kitchen, but there is a kettle, plates and mugs, so you can have a nice breakfast. We had free tea, sugar and chocolate, which was also nice. We enjoyed our stay!. From the outside doesn't look like much but the room is amazing. Very comfortable, clean and pretty. In terms of location is a minute walking to the tram that takes like 4/5 minutes to the center. It has a lot of english channels on the TV and pretty good wi-fi speed. November, 2013. Spent 4 nights. Celan and nice. Room was cleaned every day. They even did the dishes (some cups). Room was warm. Someone from the staff was waiting for us when we arrived, explained everything, gave the keys. And we didn't see her again :). As a business traveller staying for two weeks I loved how spacious, functional and comfortable the place was. Huge breakfast in bed every morning was fabulous. Internet connection fast and reliable. Shower cozy and powerful. Service good and flexible. Excellent location directly between two main stations of the city: railway and bus station. Busstops and tramstops, shops, cafe within walking distance. Room is very clean, with all stuff you need. There was very comfortable beds and the service was helpful and accommodating. The location is very good near the city centre with supervised parking at the end of the block. The appartment is well-furnished with good quality cable TV. Unfortunately it was let down by some of the details..... The flat was clean and comfortable. Stuff serve breakfast on requested time directly to your flat. Not far from city center. There is a busy street outside and the traffic never stops. But to be frankly it didn't really bother us. If you are used to live in a big city where never is really quite, so I don't think it will be a problem. Not to far from the city center, but supposedely we'll take more near location to the city center next time. The building itself not very inviting, however that didn´t bother me as apartment itself was great. Construction work taking place within the house meant loud noises as early as 07.20. When I complained staff reacted quickly and offered me to move to a bigger flat close by free of charge. I didn´t bother but appreciated the offer and after that the morning noise wasn´t heard any more. nothing. The room to the street Grojecka was quite noisy, but it is normal in the city. We had to wait quite long time for a key. Generally the room is ok, however the smell in the bathroom was big disadvantage. It is along a busy road and the noise levels may be irritating at night. breakfast was served late. Glosna ulice. Brak klimatyzacji. without kitchen. noise, complicated parking. The thermostat of the radiator in the living was missing meaning it was not possible to adjust the level of heating. The radiator was set at maximum which generated massive heat. However, when I opened the window the noise from the continuously busy main road below prevented me from sleeping virtually the whole of the night. In addition, the fridge in the living room occasionally burst into life, also disturbing any hope of sleep. A lack of car parking place, even payed. No air conditioning. The flat was freshly painted and it seemed like it was not a top quality paint. So the smell was hardly bearable. Hope it will wear off with time. Very small with three beds, no place to relax, just to sleep. No cleaning during our 3 days stay, not even taking away the trash. Terrible hot in the room and no fan at all. Need to open windows with a main street with extremely traffic. Couldnt sleep for two nights so I moved to Platinum towers in the night. Personal didnt do anything.
