  The Qubus hotel is a fantastic hotel in every way imaginable. Right from the friendly staff through to the tastefully decorated modern rooms, it was a great experience. The resteraunt served good food for a fair price and the buffet breakfast is the best I have ever seen. I certainly would make a trip back to Krakow just to stay there again. - E... what people say » xcellent Hotel. All the western luxuries, but in the middle of Krakow. Great location, you can walk along the river to the castle and then into town really easily. Staff are excellent and all speak English. We organised airport transfers and a transfer to Auschwitz with "Krakow Shuttles" over the web, and it was a piece of cake; very reliable.

  It is a lovely place with a great service, unfortunatlly we had only one night stay, but it was the best! Our room was spacious and modern with a really original bathroom, wooden bathtube, Bvlgari set ( eau au the vert) makes it really special. Breakfast was really good, hot meals as scrambled eggs, hot sausages were avaiable. There was a variety ... what people say » of cheeses, jams, hams, regional cheeses, vegetables, sweets, muffins and croissants. Everything fresh and good quality. Swimming pool and saunas are - We had the most romantic night with my husbend! The atmosphere, people around, beautiful surroundings, modern design, amazing views and really good food and wine makes this place really special! We absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to escape from the city and have a romantic time or just rest. You will find there peace and calm it is a little bit like the time goes slower in NoName;-)

  The staff was wonderful and anxious to make our stay a pleasant one. The reception desk spoke English which was helpful - Staff were helpful and polite Good food Nice to have use of the swimming pool next door included

  - great extra facilities (swiming pool, wet and dry sauna??) which are available free of charge for guests - everybody working there has smile on their face and knows what are doing. - breakfast in form of open buffey were decent (not bad, but not great)

  The entire experience was amazing. The staff was helpful and very polite. The facilities were clean and the environment was terrific. The gym, pool and complimentary breakfast were amazing. - It is rather a 5* hotel. The staff,wellness, gastronomy was the best i've seen.

  Staff were very friendly. Room was a generous size and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. Location next to Aquapark was convenient (and great that it was free for hotel residents).
