All was perfect. The hotel is really nice, the rooms are good, the food excellent. Breakfast- like home :-). You can have anything you want- the choice really big. We really enjoyed the hotel and will definitely choose it next time. Besides, its nto far away fromt he main roads and easy to find. The shuttle to the Katowice airport was the reason why your hotel was selected. I really appreciated the flexibility to be able to take the shuttle early in the morning, and the accomodation that was made to prepare my breakfast.
all reviews » the unit was a unique layout. It was roomy and well equipped. The grounds of the hotel were very nice with an excellent outdoor restaurant. It is very nice and quite, it could be a 4 stars hotel, pretty goodfood, 20 mins away from katowice airport. Excellent staff, nice room and linnens. Best value for your money. Good value for money . Not too far from the airport. Friendly staff, good food ,4star hotel. Very fresh, nice staff.Good Continental type breakfast, and you could order fresh omelette's or scrambled eggs. Everything was good, but the room are too small and they have notdoubble bed.....so if u are in couple you will sleep separated....it isobligatory the car or it will be a problem. One should however consider cost of taxi from and to airport about 50 Euros. directions to hotel very poor.One thing that really annoyed me was the flat screen TV in the wine bar/breakfast room. You have a lovely new hotel, with very plush design and decoration, and in the wine bar its been made to look like an old wine bar. Yet, every morning at breakfast, and evening at Dinner, you have the flat screen TV on, blasting out constant dance music. There shouldn't even be a TV in the room!. One night we needed to get up early the next day and one off the girls had heels that clicked like a hammer waking me up. I would suggest that soft shoes should be worn by the staff at night. They were very nice people so we did not want to complain!. The television was on morning and night in the wine bar. Not appropriate when eating breakfast and dinner. No WiFi in the room available !. The hotel made up its own exchange rate in an attemped to increase the rate of the room from that quoted. They did correct this when challenged to the the Bank of Poland euro/Zl but the the tarrif was still higher than the Pound/Zl that I had used when I made the booking. Hotels should be made to quote in their local currency (Poland is not in the Euro zone) to avoid this rather common deception. Absence of a refrigerator in the room. There was no air conditioning, we stayed on the top floor with roofwindows and it was extremely hot. Also there were churchbells ringing at6.am which waked us up every morning. very small rooms poor breakfast. Quite cold rooms (January) when we arrived, but after that it got warmer when the radiators were turned to maximum. Very small room, we ordered double, but got twin room. The hotel was almost empty that day.Instead of double room we've got twin room and there wasn't possible to change the room. We booked a double room, but received one with two single beds and were told it would cost extra to have a double bed. Additionally the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable.
