  We enjoyed our stay at Ambasador. The staff is friendly and helpful, room spacious and comfortable, modern design, bathrobe and slippers, tea and coffee facilities in the room make your stay more pleasant. You can use swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi without extra costs, which all were clean and cozy with candle lights and relaxing music.   I liked the character of the hotel. I was very impressed the decor. I stayed in the Centrum in Lodz before and the Grand Hotel is far superior. - No request was too much for the staff most of whom spoke good English.
