Spatious appartment, all necessary utensils, neat and clean. The flexibility and easy-going style of the manager (picking up and giving the keys was easy and smooth, as well as settling necessary financial matters - we needed an invoice and got one with no problems). Very positive experience.

The confort of the apartment, the location and he facility to go shopping.
The smell at the entrance to the building (old building, the appartment is brand newly refurbrished however); the fron door keys were working with slight difficulties which gave us a moment of panic, probably simply "instructing" how to operate the locks would help.
It was a bit cold. No reception.
Neighbouring group of youbg british. Were partying and shouting till the morning. Unacceptable behavior in a sleeping time. Hotel is not a night club.
The noise at night, the noise of the workers that were working in the remodelation of others apartments in the same building.
Stay for 9 days, but the room not been cleared one time,just like the owner give you one house,you take the key and pay it, when you go, give back the key, not any means of service. Also it is very noisy from 6:00 in the morning, because it is rebuilding the wall.
