  The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square.   our trip to Krakow was quite stressy - we missed our flight and got the location only at last night of the prebooked period. Maria, the host, stayed in touch, helped us all the way and organized everything. Her support was precious - I'm sure the ordinary hotel would not get into our troubles. There is a large balcony to watch the - - the apartment was clean, cosy and functional. Good beds, bathtub, appropriate kitchen. Location was excellent: walk to the old town took about 5 minutes.
