Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. Highly recommended. -

(the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). Love Flamingo and missing it though lived there only 4 days. Everything was very good. And it's very convinient that it is located in the heart of the city. When i go to Krakow again i'll stay probably in F. Highly recommend! -

We booked the apartment on the 1st floor. It was larger than we expected and definitely worth what we paid for it. Hostel was quiet, which I count as a plus. It is near Ul. Karmelicka which had plenty of shops to keep our fridge stocked and a 10 minute walk from the Stare Miasto. Host was friendly and helpful. We only visited the common room once

We arrived into Krakow on a very late flight and didn't reach the hostel until 1 am. We had to wake the proprietor to check in, for which we felt very badly. However, he was very gracious and professional, and did not show the slightest touch of irritation at the situation. Our apartment was very clean and faced onto a quiet courtyard. We had a good night's sleep.

Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in.

The Tulip in close to everything. The staff...Omid and Reza are friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Since it is a fairly new hostel, it is a work in progress..so they are still improving it. It is clean, safe and inexpensive, an excellent place to see the sights and experience Krakow by foot. All the interesting place are walkable.

breakfast food was really good, self service so you can come and go as you please. Bathrooms were lovely and the facilities which were available were really good, central location with the city to the right and the river to the left. - Very relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Location of the hostel is excellent. But actually in Krakow, everywhere
is reachable by walking and hostels are around the historical
attractions. I found hostel staffs so dedicated and advanced on
informing. Included breakfast was satisfying. Room and bathroom were
clean, there was hot water everytime and it's possible to lend hair
dryer from the reception for free.
