Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -

Hotel is close to city center. A quadruple room was two separate rooms with parquet floor, there was also a table and an electric kettle. The coffee from hotel's coffee machine costed only 2 zlotys. -

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well
stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The
city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on
the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. We
will definitely stay there again. -
