  The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes.   The Qubus hotel is a fantastic hotel in every way imaginable. Right from the friendly staff through to the tastefully decorated modern rooms, it was a great experience. The resteraunt served good food for a fair price and the buffet breakfast is the best I have ever seen. Great location, you can walk along the river to the castle and then into town really easily. Staff are excellent and all speak English. We organised airport transfers and a transfer to Auschwitz with "Krakow Shuttles" over the web, and it was a piece of cake; very reliable.
