... what people say » comming back to Cracow, definetly - One of our party took ill and had to be taken to hospital. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

We got a really good deal for two nights.the staff were so friendly and helpful.there was washing machine and dryer.rooms were very spacious clean and trendy.was 20min walk to the old town and was raining heavy when we stayed however the girl at reception organised the tour buses to pick us up right outside the door which was perfect.would definit

directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate. Great bar, great food,
very comfortable clean rooms with toiletries and towels replaced every

the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Anything we needed was dealt with straight away and done with a smile .The food in the restaurant was very excellent
