The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -

Everything about the apartment is good. You have to be in touch with the owner in order to be able to check in, but this is not a problem at all. We received a lovely welcome and once you get your bearings you realise how close it is to the key locations including Schindlers factory, Kazimer Square and the lovely medieval town.
Its a compact apartment but has everything you would need with many supermarkets and make sure you try the ice cream shop over the road

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good. I liked the alltogether location. It wasn't in the middle of all
sights, but the disctirct is filled with cafes, bookshops and places to
relax after a hard tourist's ordure. Breakfast was ok, just like
the common room. And I was given a hair-drier, which is nice. Also
there were enough sockets - sometimes it's a problem with hostels,
but not here.
