The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -

The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate. Great bar, great food,
