Wonderful service and outstanding customer care from the Manager. Restaurant was genuinely first class. We were really delighted with our experience at the Copernicus. two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

Really amazing large room, with great thoughtful facilities. The staff were really helpful, and professional. The location is perfect 10 minutes from main square through historic streets. -

A very calm and quiet place. The apartment was very clean. The parking lot was a great convenience and advantage of the hotel. The hotel attendant welcomed us on the alley in front of the hotel and accommodated us immediately.
